Fairway Fitness Saturdays 10am & 11am Sundays 11am & 12pm November 30 thru March 2 Limit 6 Per Class $25 Per Person Guests Welcome ($35 Per Person) Fairway Fitness is a strength training, flexibility and conditioning class designed for golfers to improve not only their golf game but overall fitness. This is a weekly hour long class that will give golfers the tools to create a stronger, more flexible, and conditioned body to not only sustain the wear and tear of rounds of golf but improve/alleviate lingering pains and discomforts in their body that they may suffer.
